Functional “Flex” (aka flexibility classes)
These signature classes specifically address postural imbalance & dysfunction to improve flexibility and movement. Reduce pain, improve range of motion, and eliminate injury. Functional Flex classes are not your typical “Zen” class, and although there are similarities of both Yoga/Pilates, these classes are much different.
It’s an informative and hand’s on approach to improve body awareness. The instructor helps each individual understand the purpose of each exercise, as well as to understand the personal limitations that keep you from moving the way your body was designed to move.
