The “W.O.W.” (word of the week) = PREPAREDNESS!
There is huge link between FEAR, & PREPAREDNESS. When you are prepared, there is nothing to fear. However, lack of preparation can send even the strongest individual into sheer panic! The most successful people in this world have mastered preparation. If you aren’t where you want to be in some aspect of your life, I highly suggest you start to work on your level of preparedness in that area. If you are not reaching the body weight or fitness level you desire, look closer at your meal/food preparation. Are you “winging it” but still getting frustrated when nothing changes? Take small steps each day to create lasting changes. Small steps really add up to BIG ones!
